I am using airtel life prepaid sim. according to airtel, there service airtel life is free of cost to see only downloads charges are there. But today on 13/03 at 16.57 i open the airtel live and after 4 minutes i closed it. I saw my balance it was 12 rs less. What is this? Now i am contacting to airtel customer service nobody picks up the phone... It really bad.
