Bills not received and advance paid is still not refunded

In spite of many follow ups no action is taken to send the billing details and the refund of amt paid to Matrix. The sim was taken in the names of Mrs. Tarunna Gaudra - Sim no 91736907 and Mr. Malay Shankar - Sim no 96354960. Their travelled to Singapore on 7th of May and returned on 11th May. Kindly look in to this and expedite on closing this problem.
