My telephone No 25315354 has been out of order (no dial tone) for over 45 days. Several complaints over the phone and personal visit to the exchange has no avail. Though the moble numbers were provided by the BSNL centre of JE, AEE etc. none of them takes the call. When calling the exchange on 25315050 or 25315400 a standard reply is given - " BBMP has dug the road and the cable is cut and we are trying to rectify". even after 45 days there is no action taken by them
