Unable to unlock s.t.d

I got combo pack (landline no. 0120-4901601 broadband) installed at my home in indirapuram ghaziabad, u.p., india..airtel company gave me some concessions on account of some scheme as free calls on landline.since installation i have not complained less than 10 times to the company on 121 for restoration of s.t.d. but to no avail.whenever we use broadband services landline telephone becomes noisy and can't be used...

my service provider has send me the bill promptly but the complaints are still pending

i would request to get my problems solved and non use of free calls be adjusted in near future or deducted from my bill so that i can pay your bill without delay
