Calls are barred inspite of submitting all required documents for 4 times atleast

I am Shyamalesh Chakraborty my mob.no.is 9199268262 and since last Wednesday my calls are barred unnecessarily.

i have submitted all my documents atleast 4 times.now i am fed up with all these things. There are other service providers too.the agents of your company who are supposed to do this are really not responding.

Could you please tell me What i am supposed to do?
