I want to complaint against Reliance GSM provider. I have GSM mobile no. from last 6months, on which i got activated the SMS pack in 39rs. in which daily 500 smses are free nationally. On 11 feb suddenly my SMS pack blocked. At that time i checked my balance it was in minus. I got it recharged on 11th with 39 SMS pack again. After that my SMS were not going. Even customer care no. was not connected due to minus balance. On 12th I got it recharged with calling value and then called customer care they asked me to call at 198, I asked them about the roaming tariffs they said it is 1p/s for incoming, outgoing and sms. I said sms are free they said it has changed now, I also complaint about the deducted balance from my account they said it can not be returned now because after 48hrs they don't consider. THEY CHANGED THE 39rs SMS PACK WITHOUT INTIMATING CUSTOMER. I called two times at 198 both times the statement was different by their customer care persons. On 13th i move to haryana in roaming i did a msg which cost me 50p. At that time I was totally confused because one day before i called and asked about roaming tariffs two times. I again called at 198 this time the guy attended my call told me it is 1rs for incoming ang 1.50p for STD. And also 1rs for local sms & 1.50p for STD msg. I again filed a complaint against the deducted amount & misguiding for which the request no. is 147027791. On 24th feb again at around 10pm my sms were not going. I again checked my balance it was -6.91. Earlier i had 3.09p in my account. I called 198 they said by mistake a pack has been activated they will return the amount now, after keeping the call i again checked the balance it was not updated. I again called 198 they said i will get my balance with in 24hrs. I said when you deducted the balance without any intimation now you are saying i will get it after 24hrs. They deduct the amount instantly but give after 24hrs.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION ARE MAKING FOOL TO THEIR CUSTOMER HARASSING AND MISGUIDING THEM. EVEN THE PERSONS SITTING IN COMPLAINT CENTRE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OF CUSTOMER DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE GIVEN TO CUSTOMER ARE THEY UNTRAINED???

I AM TOTALLY UNHAPPY FROM THEIR SERVICE.
