No signal, no connectivity

Sir, My cell no. is 9868111917 for which i am not satisfied with the proper signal, connectivity. i use this no. at mahendru enclave, chandni chowk, roshnara road and some times in metro . there is absolute no signal in these areas. I am using this no. from the starting of dolphin. i don't want to discontinue with mtnl as got phone calls from other networks to change to idea, vodaphone, reliance.

please check in to this matter if any thing can be done.
