BSNL WRONG BILLING COMPLAINT

Please note the following irregularities in my (telephone & B/B) bills from 1st July due to BSNL system change and could not be corrected by Rewari BSNL office, holding Chandigargh BSNL billing responsible for this. For this job I have visited number of times to BSNL Rewari, account officers, Sh. B.L Darji & Sh. P. D Tandon. But nothing is done to solve the problem and every time holding Chandhigarh billing office responsible. I kindly request you to correct all the bills for the under mentioned irregularities, so that I can pay my bills for the corrected outstanding amount immediately in the mutual interest of BSNL & customer.
1) My B/B plan mentioned in all bills from 1st July is, BBG-FN-HOME 500- COMBO is wrong. It should be BBG FN-HOME 600 Combo, upto 31st December. From 1st January I changed my B/B plan from BBG FN-HOME 600 Combo to BB-HOME COMBO ULD 900.
2) For this correction, you check my previous bills for the month of June, May, April, March, February, and January.
3) B/B usages free for the night (0200-0800) is also charged in all bills. Night free usages should be deducted from all the bills, from 1st July onwards.
4) Therefore, I kindly request you, please correct my all bills from 1st July for the above mentioned irregularities either due to system change of man made mistakes.
5) I shall be gratefull for your kind cooperation.
