PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE NOT DONE

Hi,

I made a transaction on Aug6to recharge my mobile with an amount of Rs333/- through my ICICI credit card. I used the iMobile service of the bank to get this recharge. The amount was deducted but still the recharge was not done. I connected with the bank regarding same and the Manger says that it is successful from there end and I need to consult the biller. Kindly follow below of the details of the transaction and the biller.
