Selling high cost of mobile recharge cards

Respected sir,

while buying the recharge card in shop Rs.50/- card means the shop keeper selling the cards at Rs.51/- they getting one rupees high for all cards as so please get me correct action for this complaint sir, because the unqualified person they can sell the product for Rs.60/- also please take me immediate action for this complaint sir.
