Poor signal and un-used service charge

Hi, i am user and purchaser of airtel sim card my number is 9933138364. many times my account is credited without any use and when i call 121 customer care he don't return my balance in my account. after few days ago when i am using another sim in my handset and my number 9933138364 is call forward to that number (9679249030). when m forwarding call in which times my balance is something Rs:65.00 or more and after two days i see that my acconnt balance is cerdited something Rs:50.00.then i call 121 and say that my problem.then he send a sms and tell me ur using any gprs service.but when my mobile sim is switch off then how can i use that services.so i will request my account 9933138364 is full check from the date of purchase because this type of probleum is faced my me is many times.
