I bought a Macbookpro & wants the net connection for it so I approached BSNL & they gave trial of ZTE, Micromax EVDO & 3GS devices but none of these worked. The error was they don't support MacOS but surprisingly the ZTE/Micromax device with Reliance, MTS & Tata give support to MacOS. I told these fact with dept staff & asked me to submit written complaint so that they'll take action & gave the complaint 15days back. But so far no one from BSNL responded, though their motto is to become number 1 telecommunication provider in Asia & not interested in solving the consumer problems.
I have BB connection for my home no 08362744536 & the computer is I Mac which is a MacOS. The software update programme for modem doesn't run on MacOS, so are there any solutions for this.
