I have BSNL Excel prepaid (jharkhand circle) with mobile no. 9470527852, with a schem sim (of Rs 499) every month Rs100 will add to talk time for first 15 month, but after some day of activation it was blocked for unknown reason, and after long followup of months it was started, but this time my balance was nil, nor i am geting rs 100 every month,
