Dear Customer Care/Support Unit,

Please find the detials appended below and solve my problem. Ezrecharge.in have debited the same amount (156.00 INR) from my SBI account but no balance has been yet received into my cell no. 9067358731.It has been 5 hours when the transaction was completed. Please take the positive action immediately. I need the balance urgently.
