Unwanted Calls & Disturbance

Dear Sir,

The reliance GSM mobile number 91 - 8080229844 is calling me from last two weeks and massaging me unwanted things on

my Loop number 91 - 9773762206. I don't have any idea who is he but he is talking to me very rudely even sometimes using vulgar language.

I request you to please take some immediate action against him.
