Hello sir, this is bhavani kumar working as a fashion designer on march 2nd week . i purchased idea prepaid sim card in venkatagiri the mobile number was 9603063878 after words i recharge for 100/-rupees recharged
without imforming to me they dedected amount from my number i make only three calls, and i make complaints to customer care they said i asked caller tone in feb -24 .how it posibile, again i called to that customer care they said to me they were wrong they said back my dedeted amount back but they didn.t give back there is no balance in my balance in sim card, so many people were suffering with same problem in nellore district, so pls help us from this type of companies, thanking you,
