Fraudulent deduction from acct balance

I purchased a RIM SIM card on Dec 27th in Coimbatore because I was travelling to Bangalore the next day and the SIM card vendor told that the current deal from Reliance was 50p for all incoming and outgoing calls while roaming. The cost of the SIM card was Rs. 35 which gave me call time for Rs. 30. I also topped it up for an additional Rs. 75 and my total was Rs. 105. I made few calls after that and when I checked my balance in Coimbatore at 9:45pm on Dec 27th it showed me Rs. 100.15. After that I made one local phone call lasting 20 minutes and then switched off my phone and the next morning when I checked my balance in Bangalore I was shocked to see it was showing Rs. 30.

Since that day I have been fighting with the Reliance customer care who have been feigning ignorance about my issue and telling me that there was no incorrect deduction from my account. Now I am at my wits end and but have decided to take them to court and also complain in consumer court. I have all the evidence against them and will make sure they pay heavy damages for their fraudulent practice.
