Inspite of my repeated -stop dnd instructions and complaint to customer care airtel is bullying customers by unasked for friendship chats and ring tone charges and periodic renewals without getting any confirmation from me. this results in sweeping away from our top up charges quietly stripping off our valuable talk time at odd hours, my frequent resort to their customer care nos only results in whiling away music and conducted tour thru their unwanted departments. at no point of time thier operator assistants come on line to mitigate our problems, without asking us my ac is reduced by charges for friend chats/ring tones/call charges even for our complaint calls. our stop instructions go unheeded ith voive record often repeating your option is not clear/your time is over.
