Payment made from SBI twice but not credited to my account

I had made the payment of my landline bill (0522 4024103) through SBI Netbanking on 13.06.12. The amount of Rs. 560.68 has been paid to you twice, but neither credited to my account not reimbursed back to by SBI account. Please check and confirm immediately. VERY URGENT.
