I am one of the Post paid users of Airtel. Every month I am paying the postpaid bill, through one of the authorised vendor.
I have paid the bill for the month of June. However due to Airtel's Internal negligence and ignorance, I did not receive any receipt of the payment.
Now all of a sudden, after 3 to 4 weeks, airtel people are calling me and asking me, why I have not paid the payment.
I have already provided the contact information of the Vendor through which I paid my airtel bill.
I am paying the postpaid bill through the same vendor from the past one year, I never came across any such discrepancies.
This is really irritating and pathetic way of treating the customers. I appreciate if the airtel looks after such discrepancies and comes up with a proper channel of communication and follow up.
