Last month i made my mobile refilling (airtel) through my internet hdfc a/c. but while refilling i put wrong digit (last 4), i came to know this afterward when i observed that there was not sms about the latest refilling, i contacted the customer care of Airtel)... when it was told to me that the refilling can be cancelled at any of the Airtell Gallery.. when contacted the Gallery)... the executive told.. nothing could be done in this case)... My complaint is that if the facility is provided to refill through internet there should be some this to revert the same (as done in cancellation of train ticket)... when try to contact the number to which the refill was done)... he simply avoid to talk and then switch off his phone)... why there is no fulfleg system... to avoid such situations...
