BSNL UP
New connection not given after 2 months

Dear Sir/Madam

I applied for broadband connection in Noida sec27 on Oct 30 and payment was done in advance.

I called many times in BSNL Noida office and even visited many times to the office. Every time I was assured that within a day will be connected. Now whenever I go the office, nobody is there in the office. Everytime I get the answer that officers are in field.

We have started our new business. We are facing a lot of problems. Now we are fed up of these agencies. Now we don't know what to do with theses types of people.
