Paid money, can't get service

My mobile number is 9932837436 which is collapsed by the provider Airtel due to not submitting documents reason. I consulted with customer care executive of Airtel and they told me to submit the said documents to their nearest dealer of our zone. Our nearest dealer of Airtel is Pintu Mobile Point, and I submitted all the papers which they have required. Then they gave me a sim for rs 25 and told that the previous sim with the said number is lapsed and I have to take a new one as a replacement which is considered as my old number. The new sim with previous number is not activated yet. I called again to the customer care of Airtel and they said it is not processed by the dealer. I went to the dealer again and again. But they don't care about my problem. They said that they have nothing to do. It is my most important sim and its number because I have a small business with computer parts and I continue my business with that number. They ignored me again and again where the customer care executive said to me that it is not much problem if I give them Rs 25 and take a new Sim as my previous number will be same with that. But the dealer didn't give it but they have taken Rs 25 and now they are saying it is my problem for not submitting the documents. My demand is if I had a problem with those papers then why they take Rs 25 and didn't give me the number yet? Check it as soon as possible... I am suffering everyday with plenty of money loss due to this self created problem from the Airtel dealer named Pintu Mobile Point.
