Cheating with consumers

I recharged with the sum of 499.00/- at 3 November because I got a message from airtel to recharge with 499 and get a validity of 180 days, but i got only 30 days validity and my incoming and outgoing call is now stoped by Airtel (midnight of 2 december). I also complain costomer care as well as cutomer relationship center 5-6 times but no action will be taken by them.

And also 72 hours have gone but I think no action has been taken by Airtel. Because incoming and outgoing call is not started yet.
