WRONG BILL

I have applied for a tata indicom sim, which was allotted on 30/6, no is 9250004557

I purchase the handset on 12/7 & insert the sim for the first time on 13/7.

On 13/7 I have received a call from Bombay that your bill amt is 1700.

How can this possible?

In fact on 13/7 I have received a welcome call on my personal no 9999318406.

I think that may be this no is pre allotted as it is not in the current running series which my friends hold.

My plan is 225 pm.
