Mobile not recharged but account got debit

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my mobile 9004832472 with rupees 200.00 . But I have not got any email mentioning transaction was successful and my mobile has not been charged. But amount got debited from my account. I have those screen shots also and i have informed to the customer care of freeecharge.in with those screen shots also before two weeks. But till not I am not getting any reply and the amount has also not credited back to my account.

Kindly guide me accordingly please.
