whom so it may concern,

Sir,

Iam p. charan babu, being a nativ e of vizag and thier ar no other broadband service providers in our area and so i opted for BSNL which acts as the monopoly an our area.

I have used this service for 2 months for which i was billed Rs1500 in first month and Rs2500 in the second. So, i stopped using the service for the next month and even i got a bill for Rs3200 approx...

I went to my near by office and informed them but their is no proper responce and ignoreing me.

What should be my further actiopns.
