Dear sir,

Sir my mobile no is 9993107675.I had received call from your call centre that since you are valuable customer a scheme is launched for you that if you recharge your top up for Rs.85 normally its validity is for 1 month but if it is recharged today then its validity will be extended by 3 months. I had recharged my top up on 06/05 but since for validity benefit I recharged my top up on 23/05/09.For your kind information the validity was expired on 23/06/09.I had made complaint in customer care but they denied that such a scheme was not launched by us. I had told them that my wife had got similar call and she is getting benefit of the same scheme. They suggested me that you should launch your complaint in Raipur since now I am residing there. I had also gone to Airtel customer service Raipur but they straightway told me nothing can happen. This is a very bad service experienced by me like a brand service like AIRTEL.It had largest customer base in India and if they cant give customer service then might be customers will migrate to other teleservices
