Regarding Misguiding about recharge policies

Dear Sir

I have recharged my TATA indicom number on saturday with Rs.130 and i already had a STD pack of Rs.699 on my number. While recharging i asked the dealer that after Recharge of 130rs. my STD pack would not be affected so he gave me assurity that it will not be affected and if it would be so i will give you a free sim.

I asked this thing to him three times and he assured me every time. Now on sunday all my balance had elapsed and when i went to TATA showroom their employees talk to me very rudely. And one of them commited that you come on monday or can call us we will definitely do your reverse recharge. Although, i asked them that give me the number of the person who is responsible for all this, they said he do not have number bt give me his identity. that his name is Mr. kailash Chand.

Today i called them then they said its not possible to do so. And the responsible person mentioned above told me that you had asked the question in a wrong way. Also, behaved badly with me.

I said i do not know that is your mistake and he said i can't and i will not do anything.

Please listen to my problem after all its a mateer of RS.699
