Service is too Bad

Dear Sir,

I buy your company mobile phone model no. A810 ON Dec. At july 12 i face some problem in my hend set. Problem is like automatic switch off and no voice in speaker than i gave it to your service center. He told me came back after 10 days. When i want there he told me to came abck after 5 days. After 5 days he says me that your set is rejected by company due to water is in your set. I told him that why u receive my set. He reply me very rudly. My set water setcker is white. Please do somthing for my heand set i am facing so much problem with out my set.
