Sub: Not satisfied with the product and service

Dear sir/madam,

I am received lot of phone calls from GLOBAL TELE LINKS to recharge for India Budget plan nearly 19 euro and explained the plan namely,

1) Initially 600 minutes to call India.

2) 300 free minutes calling to India added every week.

3) Free of service calling to access number provided.

4) calling rate 90 paise/minutes to India

But they gave me Access number to call and it’s free of service. But I can’t call from that access number to India at free of cost. Also I didn’t receive my free minutes. Also I facing problem to call India with that access number.

Not satisfied Product and service:

1) Trying for customer service for more than ten times and not proper response.

2) Charging me 0.1883 Euro/minute nearly 12 rupees.

3) Charging for Access number from my local provider nearly 4 kroner in Sweden.

4) Free minutes not added.

5) Mental distrubance: Calling lot times to make as to recharge their service.
