Too high Bill Amount

I am using Airtel Broadband. My Landline no is 0141-4035816. For the period of 08.10.2010 to 07.11. billing amount is Rs3390/- whereas I donot download up to that extent. Kindly look into the matter and give us 75% concession on bill amount so that we can use your service happiely.
