Dear All:
Airtel start some chargeable services on their own and deducted the account balance from my phone, and when I try to complain on their customer care executive on 121 on recorded message they ask for 198 toll free customer complain number and when I tried 198 after all the story recorded message, you can check the account balance & start or stop the services by *121#.
Why they start services and deducted our balance, I repeatedly told them that I am a poor man and I use mobile for receiving call and dialing call only, not for internet surfing, mobile radio or any other services but they don't want to hear.
And more surprisingly I had opted for DND registry around 3 month back, but still I am getting the messages from them and promotional offers. They also ignore TRAI.
In this figuerly world Mr. Sunil Mittal of Airtel distributing free stuff to all.
