Stop service after recharge 0n 17/06&21/06 Rs.30/ &Rs.222/0

I have recharge my phone connection no. 7739470071 on 17/06 from Rs.30/- vide T.Id no.296186619 & on 21/06 from Rs.222/00 vide T.Id no. 306205364. But i am receiving SMS from service provider (650038) that Aapki 6 mahino mein Rs.200 se kam ki recharge ho paayi hai jald recharge karein anayatha aapki sewa purnataya samapt ho jayegi. Why such type of massage are comunicated, when my phone was recharged with Rs. 252/00
