Myself Kapil Nanakwani with mobile number 8401782004 is being cheated
in terms of GPRS pack
I have activated 50 MB data at 9 am on 26 July. When I used the data
used was 41 MB, still 9 MB remaining. The company inspite of 9MB data
left cut my general balance without any warning message. As a result i
lost my 30 Rs balance. Moreover according to me i have not used such
huge mount of data. Inspite of pack remaining company cut my balance.
When called to customer care they did not respond properly and cut the
phone from their side when asked for adequate reason. Moreover the
gave a fake reason of 'using 2 sites simultaneously has resulted in
cut of general balance, one site was accessed from 50M data and other
site from general balance', which is ridiculous reason from the
customer care Moreover TATA DOCOMO blocked my further calls to customer care.
I have been using this pack for my business mails and other things. So
there is huge amount of loss to me on financial grounds. The abrupt cut
of balance without any reason has incurred me great amount of
loss. Moreover when I use the GPRS service from my other docomo number, the data usage inspite of opening too many sites (3-4 sites simultaneously) is very low and when used from this number it costs 25 MB for just one single gmail. I have opened only one page of gmail only and they cut 25 MB data from 50 MB.This is also a kind of cheating to me as i m new customer and just converted 1 day back my Uninor number to Docomo number. But all are cheaters..!!
I have decided to final a legal complaint to TRAI regarding this as i
am cheated on financial as well as mental grounds (because of blockage
of calls). If this issue is not resolved and if I am not able to get
back my balance sooner, i will file a complaint regarding cheating by
your company as i am the aware customer.
I am filing this complaint in consumer forum, in order to aware other
customer regarding your service.
In case issue is not resolved i will file a legal complaint to TRAI.!!
