Bad services provision

I am a Customer of Airtel India (Pune, Maharastra Circle), I am using there Airtel One Scheme due to this 1Rs. STD plan but suddenly they have changed it without information. When i went for complaint to customer care they talked to me in a very rough language and there head of the team don't want to talk to me, he says that it is his interest to talk to whom.
