I called the customer care to know whether i can use an STD docomo number under friends and family member offer. The guy said i can use any number of docomo network (STD/Local) but i can use only one number. So i tried to activate the offer my sending an SMS as "FF "[without quotes]. I have used the docomo number only in the SMS and i send it to the 121 as the customer care guy said. But i got the following strange reply "Sorry the SR cannot be raised for this profile". I didn't understand what they meant. Can any body from tata docomo help me??
