I have a question here, What is UNLIMITED MEAN??
I am told that there is a cap of 10gb limit on my plan and after 10GB speed is reduced to 256kbps.
HOW COME THIS IS CLASSIFIED AS UNLIMITED??? Y THIS IS NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF TAKING CONNECTION??
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT IS MENTIIONED IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS? IF NOT HOW COME ITS MARKETED AS UNLIMITED PLAN @512 KBPS...
I WOULD WANT TO HAVE 512 KBPS SPEED IRRESPECTIVE OF DOWNLOAD WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR UNLIMITED AND HAVE NOT BEEN MENTIONED ABOUT THIS SPEED DOWNGRADE...
I WOULD EXPECT A PROMPT RESPONSE AND MY QUESTION ANSWERED ASAP, ELSE I WILL CANCEL THE CONNECTION BUT ALSO WILL LOG A COMPLAINT ON ALL POSSIBLE FORUMS AGAINST HATHWAY FOR CHEATING AND FRAUD!!!

As a result of slow internet, i am unable to work from home and have to travel to office
which is 28 kms from my home. I am finding it difficult to travel at night, as I am responsible
to work at night as well. When i lose connectivity i am getting scoldings from my boss, for taking
such crap internet service. But i have paid money in advance!!
! This has caused lot of mental tension to me and has affected my family life.
I want compensation from HATHWAY for cheating me and an written apology that they are not going to cheat like this.
