Blank call from 9717320235

I have had blank calls from 9717320235 on my prepaid mobile phone 9717306515, want to know the name address of the person who called up. Also when i called up, that person is not picking his / her phone. Finally i sms that person to lodge a fir against him / her then i sms me that his phone is not ok and having some problem with phone's lcd.
