Non refund of deposit on surrender of land line phone connection

Sir

I have surrendred landline phone connection bearing No 08572 221589 at Chittoor town provided by AP BSNL on 22-06, on transfer my place of working to Tirupathi. I made repeated visits to its office at Chittoor and Tirupathi but invain. I made a call to GM Tirupathi on one of his phone in program on complaints redressal. But it is not settled even after a lapse of three monthgs. Please do need ful and refund the amount due to me.
