Equest to render justice: sirs, Ii charged my ETISALAT MOBILE no 0503582060 on 14-10.10 for dh100 in bank ref 1855xxxx and made 3 or 4 calls to india of a duration of less than 2 minutes and made 3 local calls and 2 SMS. when made the next call no balance to make call. when checked thru *121# found bal as 34.80. but still could not make call. so again recharged for dh100 in bank ref 1859xxxx on 17th same thing happened while there was balance of 48 . again recharged on 20.10 in bank ref 1863xxxx. and the same repeated. so i changed phone and bought new connection 050 1423726 and charged dh100 on 26.10 in bank ref 1872xxxx and went thru the same agony. called 121 to resolve but of no avail. the etisalat web site gives the cust care no 101. when i dialed 101 it was police and i disconnected. the police called back from 04-6095555 and i said sorry. again i recharged on 28.10 for dh 100. and the present balance is said to be 31.83. but when i tried to make call the message says: no enuf balance to make calls. in 5 purchases i lost nearly 400 dhs . please take some remedial action. Pl help and render justice.
