My out going calling has been barred even after my verification was successful for my current address, I had a telephonic (111) conversation with one of the reps on Friday. I was told someone went to my old address hence my connection was barred.

Its not my fault someone went to my old address when they have been notified about my new address long time back and verification has already been done on the new address.

I have faced allot of problems because of this. The complain has already been register on Friday but still I have not received any response from there end and my out going is still barred. I was assured it will start in 48Hours its been more then 72Hours.
