Delay in Deactivation of Blackberry Service

I have made repeated requests to Airtel Customer Service for cancellation of my Airtel Blackberry service from my Bangalore number as i have moved to Gurgaon and have taken new number with blackberry service. (I have taken new connection from Airtel itself).

So far since August 26th, i have made 50 requests to Airtel for cancellation of blackberry but no luck. They are sending me messages after messgaes that it will get deactivated soon but i continue to keep making request with no answer from them.

I will land up paying for Blackberry service for this month inspite of no need for the service to me. Airtel's customer service is horrible.
