I am a HFCL- Connect Telecom service subscriber. I received a bill dated 16-12 which says i have subscribed for INFOTAINMENT SERVICES, which i had not subscribed. I have already registered the complaint regarding the same last month but they are again charging me for the same.
I called their customer care but they are not registering my complaint for Bill Deduction saying i have subscribed for the service without me actually subscribing it. I request you to please take necessary action against the company. I have all the proofs regarding my complaint.
