Ented my house to first party in 1, scheme road mahalingapuram chennai:600034, The first party has sub rented to second party, in the same above address. The second party has got the BSNL connection without the permission of the owner. My question is HOW TELEPHONE DEPARTMENT CAN TRANSFER THE TELEPHONE WITHOUT THE ADDRESS CHANGE PROOF. I called nungambakkam A.E, they said according to their rules what they have done is correct. If any anti activity that happend in my house is not my responsible, because i being the owner didnt give any proof for transfer, how the transfer is made. Please take my complaint
