Landline not working from last 4 weeks

My Landline no. 020-25455449 is not working since last 4 weeks. I had lodged a complaint with the BSNL and also spoken with DGM West - Mr Dumbre (9423093140 / 020-25668700). But till date no satisfactory answer is received from BSNL and the Landline is still dead. Please look into the matter.
