The reliance mobile number 9849552574 with a pre paid facility was charged for Rs.100/- Balance as on 2.8.10 was Rs.71.60, after this date only 3 calls have been made for a total of 9.39 minutes. The balance as on 17.9.10 shows only Rs. 5.66 wherin it has to show a balance of Rs.66.60. This matter was informed by the user to the customer care, where no satisfactory reply was given. The user is planning to go for another service provider if the matter is not looked into. The customer care said they could do nothing about it, and only assured it won't happen again. Is this what a reliance customer care is all about??? Please can you look into this problem as soon as possible.
