Delay in Cylinder Delivery

I booked gas cylinder 10 days back on 18th Jan and when asked for booking number the telecaller rudely said that she has booked it and she has opened another record and cant get the booking number, but assured that within 2 to 3 days the cylinder will be delivered. After 5 days when again I called to check the status I was asked for booking number, when I told that the booking number was not given, the telecaller said that there is no booking and she will book a request and again the telecaller didnt give the booking number and disconnected the call saying the cylinder will be delivered the next day. After 10 days I called again today and the telecaller said that there is no delivery person for our area and can't deliver the cylinder, if we want we can go to the office with passbook and get the cylinder and disconnected the call. The other complaint is that when we call the number to book cylinder after minimum 10 tries will be able to speak to someone inspite of the fact that the phone will ring once and it will be again once.
