Postpaid Connection not converted in prepaid and Application given to Airtel Office on dtd.28.09.09

Dear Sir,

I have a Post paid Connection of Airtel (Bharti Cellular Co. Ltd) for long time & My Mobile No. is 9897255975 & I have Drop Application on Airtel Relation ship office for Post paid Connection convert into Prepaid Connection but Till date Company have not Convert my Connection in Prepaid & Last 10 days I am unable to Doing Outgoing Calls & I am facing lot of inconvinence. So you are requested that pls do the needful for me.
