I using recharge service from recharge it now web site my amount has been debited from my citi bank account but balance not credit at my mobile number 8087993249,

We confirm having paid the funds for the below-mentioned transactions debited against M/s. ONLINE RECHARGE SERVICES for the transaction incurred on October 21.

Please ask the Merchant Establishment to contact their banker by providing the above-mentioned payment voucher number and trace number.

If the Merchant Establishment still claims to have not received the payment, we request you to approach the merchant and provide us with the void slip or credit voucher or a confirmation letter/mail from them that the payment is not received so that we can investigate on this issue.
